Brene Brown developed Dare to Lead™ as a playbook for developing brave leaders and courageous cultures. Daring leadership is a collection of four skill sets that are 100% teachable, observable, and measurable. It’s learning and practice that requires brave work, tough conversations, and showing up with our whole hearts. In this workshop, Chantel Schieffer, a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, will teach the skills, practices, and tools that underpin the four skill sets of courage: Rumbling with Vulnerability, Living into Our Values, Braving Trust, and Learning to Rise.
As President & CEO, Chantel Schieffer is the chief strategist and creator of connection for Leadership Montana. She is also one of the founding members of the Helena Young Professionals. “Work hard, do good, and be kind” has been her motto over the past twenty-five years while making a career of building better communities through public service, private industry, and non-profit organizations. For Chantel, her husband Dax, and their son Dax Michael, adventure is a family value. The trio can often be found playing outside, especially along the trails in their hometown of Helena.
